Chester RUFC is one of Chester‘s most respected rugby clubs, providing opportunities for players of all ages to enjoy the game in a welcoming, ambitious and community-focused environment. With a thriving mini and junior section, the club has built a strong reputation for developing young players through high-quality coaching, teamwork and a genuine passion for rugby. From introducing children to the sport for the very first time through to supporting players as they progress into senior rugby, Chester RUFC continues to play an important role in developing rugby across the region.
Supported by dedicated coaches, volunteers and parents, the club creates an environment where young players can build confidence, resilience and leadership alongside their rugby ability. Through regular training sessions, competitive fixtures and club events, Chester RUFC provides opportunities for children to challenge themselves, form lasting friendships and enjoy being part of a club with a proud history and strong community spirit.
Meeting the Team
We were delighted to visit Chester RUFC and spend time meeting members of the club community. It was a fantastic opportunity to experience the welcoming atmosphere around the club and see first-hand the dedication of the coaches, volunteers, parents and players who make it such a special place for young rugby players to develop.
During our visit, it became clear that Chester RUFC is about much more than rugby. The club places a real emphasis on helping young people build confidence, develop resilience and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment. Many young players at Chester RUFC spend several evenings each week training, with weekends dedicated to league fixtures, tournaments and club events. Through our live online 11+ Preparation, GCSE Maths and A-Level Maths programmes, we’ve helped hundreds of students each week build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Our partnership with Chester RUFC reflects a shared commitment to helping young people succeed both on the rugby pitch and in the classroom. As a Chester RUFC member, you’ll receive exclusive access to our discounted online maths programmes. Whether your child is preparing for the 11+, studying GCSE Maths or working towards A-Level Maths, our live online classes are designed to fit around training sessions, fixtures and family commitments. Members can attend up to four live classes each week, revisit lessons through our recording library if rugby commitments mean they miss a class, and follow a structured curriculum that delivers consistent progress throughout the school year. It’s a flexible approach that gives Chester RUFC families access to high-quality online maths tuition without compromising their commitment to rugby, helping young players develop confidence both academically and on the pitch.

Helps your child develop the maths skills and confidence needed for grammar school entrance exams through structured live lessons, mock tests and weekly practice.
GCSE
Live online classes covering the full GCSE curriculum, with four lessons each week, recorded classes and regular testing to help students stay on top of Maths.
A-Level
Expert-led online classes covering the key A-Level topics, helping students master challenging concepts step-by-step to prepare for Maths with confidence.
