How Breakthrough Maths Works
No Travel
Our online classes means no travelling after school! So much time is wasted getting to and from class. With Breakthrough Maths, you can do the class from the comfort of home.
Testing
We focus on testing, not lecturing. It’s all about active practice in class. It allows us to measure tangible outcomes for each student.
x4 Weekly Classes
Breakthrough Maths students receive x4 Maths classes each week.
We will cover x2 Maths topics each week. We get a lot more covered in our program. It’s comprehensive!

We have a team working from 9am-9pm, 7 days a week.
We cover 2 different topics each week, and students choose which ones to focus on.
Every Sunday, you’ll receive a text with the week’s plan. One topic will be more advanced, and we’ll clearly indicate which one. This method ensures we cater to students of all abilities.
Our platform tailors to your child. We’ll be with them every step of the way through our Live Classes, Worksheets and Tutorials, all accessible in the one place. It’s highly personalised. You can read more about our GCSE classes here.
Yes, it will feel like a 1-1 class. Students only interact with and engage with the tutor.
The tutor can interact with everyone in the class and make sure each child is engaged.
A specific curriculum is made out for each class/year. Suitable for all exam boards.
We always start with Algebra for our GCSE students, as this is their biggest challenge.
Our classes are 55 minutes long.
Yes, all classes are on Zoom.
